Ben and Brad bring more than 50 years of combined experience in residential construction. Their shared approach is simple: pay close attention to detail, respect the land, and put the homeowner first. Every decision—from materials to layout to site placement—is made with care and intention.

We build highly energy-efficient homes using sustainable, locally sourced materials whenever possible, and we work with skilled local craftspeople who take pride in their work. Our homes are well insulated, weather resistant, and designed to be low maintenance—built to perform through Maine’s seasons for decades to come.

Little River is a thoughtfully planned community of 48 homes, just minutes from downtown Belfast yet set in a quiet, wooded landscape. The neighborhood is served by town-maintained roads and a high-reliability electrical grid with underground utilities, offering both resilience and a clean, uncluttered streetscape.

Every home in the community is different. Homeowners may choose from a range of floor plans that can be customized and refined with our architect, or they may mix elements from multiple designs to create something uniquely their own.
